Sunshine Travels primarily provides travel and booking services rather than physical goods.

1. Nature of our services
Sunshine Travels primarily provides travel services, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, travel insurance, forex and related travel arrangements. Physical product shipping is generally not applicable to these services.
2. Travel documents
Where an airline, hotel, visa provider, insurer or other supplier issues an electronic confirmation, ticket, voucher, policy or other document, it may be delivered electronically to the email address, WhatsApp number or other contact details provided by the customer.
3. Physical delivery
If a physical document or item is specifically arranged, any applicable delivery method, charge and estimated timing will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.
4. Exchange or amendment
Travel services cannot generally be “exchanged” like physical retail products. Changes to a booking are treated as amendments or cancellations and are governed by the relevant supplier’s fare, rate or package rules.
5. Forex
Forex transactions are subject to applicable provider terms, availability, documentation requirements and applicable law. Exchange or cancellation of a forex transaction, where permitted, is governed by the conditions communicated for that transaction.
